The health sector is going through some major changes, e.g. the introduction of CCGs. With budget cuts and the need to improve services, NHS organisations are under pressure to demonstrate value for money for the product and services they buy, introduce tight financial control, improve financial management and optimise assets and resources.
We help NHS clients to identify efficiency savings in their back office operations as well as optimising systems and processes to help them free up resources and money to maintain and improve patients’ services.
For example we have recently been working with the Royal Free Hospital and UCLH to help them to identify options for sharing back office systems and have been supporting UCLH to migrate to the NEP shared service as well as helping to improve overall financial management and control and introducing a structured programme and project management structure.
