Delivery - Our management structure and delivery framework ensure that clients can be assured of the work performed is to the highest possible standards. We operate an open relationship with our clients by agreeing quality criteria and gateway points for an assignment at the outset.
 
A dedicated Managing Consultant is responsible for ensuring that the services provided by our consultants meet with client expectations and that the work we perform meets our own exacting technical specifications and conforms to our internally developed methods and approaches, thereby ensuring a consistently high quality of service delivery.
 
Recruitment - We pride ourselves in attracting the best talent available through our innovative approach to recruitment. We work with individuals to train them and provide them with opportunities commensurate to their experience and skills enabling them to develop into specialist professionals.
 

Standards - As a mark of commitment to quality, we are delighted to have attained Catalist and ISO 9001 accreditation.

  • Catalist - Catalist is a series of public sector frameworks let through OGCbuying.solutions an Executive Agency of the OGC in HM Treasury.
  • InsightMSC is proud to have achieved entry in the following three prestigious frameworks, Financial Management, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Programme and Project Management.
  • ISO 9001 Quality Management system – All facets of our business are subject to ISO 9001 processes and are regularly audited by the international body Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance Ltd (LRQA).
  • It is our policy to take a proactive approach to understanding our clients’ requirements and delivering them to specification, on time and within budget. Our QMS system is there to help us achieve this, and to support us in continually improving our performance.
