Peter Morley - Technical Director
Peter was a co-funder and Director of InsightMSC in 1991. He has managed and provided technical guidance to many large financial management and ERP projects. These range from global systems implementations to the implementation of significant business changes. A particular strength has been the setting up of ’Service Management’ functions to deliver business benefits from systems during their full lifespan.
In his current role as Technical Director, Peter is responsible for strategic technical solutions direction, definition and assurance. This includes reviewing the technical solutions defined for all clients. The role also involves innovation and methodology development within InsightMSC. He provided the original technical expertise behind Insight’s methodologies.
Prior to forming InsightMSC, Peter worked with Coopers & Lybrand, Deloitte Haskins + Sells and P&O Containers Limited.

As an expert in government accounting and ERP systems, Peter has played a board-level advisory role to several public sector organisations and is currently on the Financial Best Practice advisory panel of HM Treasury. Peter is a regular speaker at key events and contributes to a number of trade publications.
