Faith Jenner – HR Board Advisor

 

Faith has been the HR Board Advisor to InsightMSC since July 2007. 

 

Faith is an experienced HR professional, and acts as HR consultant to various organisations.  She has extensive experience of working with business managers and HR professionals to align business strategy with appropriate HR solutions.  She specialises in bringing elegant HR solutions, which are simple, straightforward, and efficient, to complex business issues.

 

Faith started her career with Arthur Andersen where she spent more than 20 years including the last 7 years as UK Director of Personnel and Recruiting.  After leaving Arthur Andersen, Faith joined Ernst and Young as National Director of Recruiting and HR Director for London offices.  She then spent 5 years in the IT industry as Director of HR and Quality at Northgate Information Solutions, before joining Credit Lyonnais (which is now part of Calyon, Credit Agricole Group) as Director of Human Resources. 

 

Faith is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and holds a Post-Graduate diploma in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from the London School of Economics. She has been a Committee Member of the City HR Association since 2000.
