Board Appointments

 

Following a period or rapid growth and in line with our plans for the future we are pleased to announce a number of key appointments to the Board:

 

Keith Malcouronne becomes Chairman. Keith brings invaluable experience gained as partner at KMPG and latterly Bolton Colby. Keith holds a number of directorships and is very active in the capital markets.

 

David Muller assumes the role of Managing Director responsible for strategy and business development.

 

Peter Morley becomes Technical Director responsible for innovation and methods development.

 

Greg Coady remains Operational Director responsible for the day to day running of the practice.

 

In order to oversee the development of the company and provide specialist input to achieve the company’s vision, we have appointed two new advisors to the Board. Faith Jenner joins us as Human Resource Advisor and Deborah Gudgeon from BDO Stoy Hayward provides us with business development expertise.
