InsightMSC at Softworld A&F 2008 
 
 
As regular speakers at the Softworld Accounting and Finance Solutions event, the InsightMSC session was once again extremely well attended at this year’s Masterclass held on 27th February at the Novotel, London.
 
The session delivered by David Muller, Insight MSC Managing Director, provided the audience with a structured approach to finance systems implementation. David addressed the key steps involved in implementing finance systems projects, and provided some hints and tips on how to deal with the key issues at each stage. He also introduced an approach – Total Implementation Model (TIM) aimed at supporting clients through the difficult process of changing systems.
