This session is always very popular as it provides a structured and practical approach to systems implementation. We challenge conventional thinking that finance systems projects are ’just’ about technical implementation. We identify eight key streams of activity in addition to the technical aspect, that need to be addressed in such projects.

 

The audience is provided with the key questions finance professionals should ask themselves (and their business) when implementing new systems. We also provide tips and examples on how to deal with the key issues at each stage to ensure a successful implementation.
