Sara Hanna – Legal Board Advisor
 
Sara advises on employment, company, business and general commercial law and through the firm of Grindall and Hanna has been providing legal advisory services to InsightMSC since the beginning of 2004.
 
Sara is a practising solicitor and as such is licensed to practise by the Law Society. She read law at the University of Warwick before qualifying as a solicitor.
 
Following a career with a law firm in the City of London, Sara formed the partnership Grindall & Hanna, a law firm based in London having a broad range of clients. In her private practice she advises both individuals and SMEs on the wide ranging issues that are involved in the establishment and operation of companies. Her previous experience includes being appointed as company secretary for several small companies.
 
Sara has been part of the Institute of Directors Advisory Service since 1997. She is Member of the Employment Lawyers Association and the Law Society.
 
Sara has spoken at numerous events and has been a School Governor for a number of years where she is currently serving as the Chairman of Governors. She also lectures for Hawksmere to directors and company secretaries on their roles and responsibilities.
