Keith Malcouronne – Chairman
Keith Malcouronne has recently been appointed as InsightMSC Chairman following two years as Non-Executive Director. Keith also serves on the Boards of a number of other companies and charities. As a qualified Chartered Accountant he was Managing Partner of the firm that is now Menzies Bolton Colby for 12 years and a Senior Manager with KPMG in both London and Hong Kong successively.
Keith holds the Corporate Finance qualification from the Securities & Investment Institute and has acted as Lead Advisor on numerous M&A transactions over the past 20 years including Management Buy-Ins and Buy-Outs, Acquisitions of competitors, Sales of Owner-Managed Businesses and specialist Private Equity and Business Angel financing rounds. He has also recently served on the HM Treasury Financial Management Best Practice Advisory Panel.
Keith is Chairman of the Audit Committee for World Vision UK and for the youth charity, Urban Saints, and is Vice-Chairman of the Archbishops’ Council Audit Committee. He is an active entrepreneurial investor with interests in a variety of early-stage businesses.
