Peter Morley, InsightMSC Technical Director, has personally contributed to this publication as a member of the Financial Management Best Practice Advisory Panel to HM Treasury.
 
Peter commented: "Over the last year I have had the pleasure of working with some of the most influential public and private organisations to support HM Treasury achieve its vision to improve financial management in government. Sir Gus O’Donnell, Cabinet Secretary and Nick Macpherson, HM Treasury’s Permanent Secretary endorse the publication and agree that improving performance and financial management is an important part of the current public sector reform and vital in enhancing the delivery of cost-effective public services.
